I ordered $97 worth of items from Botach on September 27,2019 and on October 11, 2019 received message that my order had been shipped. When I check the tracking number it says awaiting shipment label created. My credit card has been charged. Here it is Oct 21, 2019 and still no update on my order and no response from customer service.
