Flightnetwork customer service sent me an email requesting to reschedule the flight or cancel it due to schedule changes. I replied to them requesting to cancel the booking and initiate a full refund of AED 1026/-. They stole my money and now they dont respond to my emails and when I call their landline the agent puts my call on hold for more than 30 minutes. I want a full refund and nothing else from them. Deepak, Pawan and Rishi from their customer service team are not helpful at all. PLEASE ESCALATE THIS WITH THEIR MANAGEMENT AND HELP ME TO GET A REFUND.
