FEDEX delivered my trade in device S20 to Samsung's warehouse and Samsung associates lost the package and I had to wait for to look for it for about 6-7 weeks and after the 6the week was up the supervisor's solution was to just initiate a investigation and look for it again and he hung up the phone on me because I was telling him this was un acceptable all this time I had no phone just bad business for a former loyal customers User's recommendation: Avoid if you can.
