Order issue and lack of communication

I placed an order and paid extra for it to arrive by midday on a specific date, it did not arrive. I had to leave that address and move which was why i had placed it by special service and paid the extra fee. After this i made numerous attempts to inform Diya of my situation, they do not answer their phones and do not acknowledge my change of address issue via email. Despite me requesting to change the address they still sent out the parcel to the old address wjich is 3 hours away from where i am. I have spent alot of money on a product and feel so disappointed at there lack of communication. Order number [protected]
