Ordered a Pizza and Fries from Giuseppi’s Pizza & Subs at the Hilton Head Island location. Order arrived 35 minutes late, fries were soggy and cold. Pizza was also cold and flipped onto the top in the box. The delivery person was apologetic stating they were down a driver. He knew the food was cold suggested I microwave it Really! Plus anyone knows a pizza should be replaced in the condition it was delivered. This is what I hate about having to tip before you receive your order! Normally I tip well for good service. Not having the ability to tip accordingly when you receive your order takes away accountability. Also why can’t you report or review your orders on ChowNow or Giuseppi’s? User's recommendation: Unless you can tip after the order is received Stay Away!!!
