Order did not arrive

I ordered something from Ekster this month (Tracking code:LT92914****NL). When trying to track the delivery it says that it already arrived the 26th. I was home all day and did not receive my order and neither did I receive a note that it is with my neighbours or at a pick-up-point. I already tried to contact Ekster´s customer support but they told me to ask you.
