Order accuracy and food quality/condition

My order was not correct. What I ordered snd paid for i did not receive. Upon receipt of delivery food was luke warm half open and spilled all over itself and the inside of the bag. There is no recourse on the app to even communicate good, bad or otherwise with postmates but they make it extremely easy to give them money and use their delivery service and thats where it stops.
