I placed the order on Monday 2nd August. for delivery today 4th August. It arrived, but my mother was bitterly disappointed with the flowers, they were crushed and some were dead. After using your services before with no trouble I am also very disappointed. and more to the point I never received a confirmation Email or the guarantee as usual. User's recommendation: shop around there are other delivery options.
