I have noticed over the past 2-3 months that the quality of the cigarettes has dropped significantly. Packing is average at best. Bark in the tobacco, holes in the cigarette paper wrapping. For example Code 9 [protected] with 21365 number on cigarette wrapping has holes all along the cigarette. Barking in the cigarette is at an all time high. With the barking falling off in lumps has bunt tablecloths furniture and clothing. I have smoked Horizon for a long time and the quality has be very high.
