I want to open an investment account, but was stymied in the set-up process and there was absolutely no way to contact the company, period !! Not an on-line chat, nor troubleshooter, nor telephone help. Despite Vanguard's empty promises about how easy it is to open an account, and that Vanguard provides on-line and phone help, it was not true.
