I contacted via online over a month ago, and they are still trying to give me my purchase item or refund. Still no resolution after multiple emails. Now, issue repeats itself with new purchase and still no results from complaints filed online and emails. Then entire game with my ID is vanished and upon opening the game a new ID appears as if I had never played the game. Five YEARS of progress and multiple CASH PURCHASES over the 5 years completely gone. Called and emailed with photos of loss of my player ID, No RESPONSE User's recommendation: Save your money, do not buy in game purchases.
