Original review updated by user May 29, 2021 I upgraded to System Mechanic Ultimate from an email offer, but the link I was sent was an upgrade to System Mechanic Pro, a lesser version. I requested what I paid for, but the request was declined because the offer had expired by the time I got through to Tech Support (the same morning). A refund is being issued, and I hope that I can revert to my old (standard) version and the time left on it. All I can figure is that the upgrade offer was only good for a couple of hours. User's recommendation: Great product, not so great support.
