Online TV purchase has questionable customer service.

I purchased a Samsung TV online on 18 July on their website, and their ads suggested same day delivery for orders placed between 12nn and 3pm. This was not the case as it only applies to specific items. The item appeared available online so I was able to add it to my cart, and I was able to complete the purchase. I went to the physical Courts store in Funan, and the salespeople said that the model I ordered is already out of stock everywhere. Nobody from the online store is contacting me about this. I spoke to a customer service person (Jantzen) via their live chat (replies take very long), and I was promised that delivery will be scheduled within 3 to 5 working days. I do not know whom to believe anymore: the store sales people saying the model is no longer available anywhere, or the online customer service person who says Courts is processing my order. I am calling the customer service hotline, and nobody is answering. I sent an email to [protected]@courts.com.sg, and I am waiting for resolution. This is my first experience buying from Courts, and the service has been very questionable. They are holding my $3300 hostage without any clear direction on how they will resolve my issue. I am very worried especially with the consistent o line reports at the bad service of Courts. I really hope that Courts takes immediate action on this. I did not pay $3300 to wait indefinitely for something I was hoping to get immediately. By the way: the price online is not cheap. Same items online are sold cheaper in the store, and with more free items. The online store is very questionable, and definitely misleading.
