Unemployed since 5/27 and have call all edd numbers. on hold over four hours and was told to the call center is closed please call back the next day. Wait time customer service, four hours and thirty minutes and was told to call back. No in person office to submit documents. No number or online service for federal employees to file a claim. Please advise, I can never get an answer to file a claim. Keep telling me to call back. Call all day until 8:00 and never reach a reel. Operate states receiving too many calls to call later. Started claim stating I was not a federal employee and only could get to I'ID. Scan of face was not accepted.
