Horrible customer service. I was on the phone for over 1.5 hrs last night with your manager Ritchie and her staff and she should not be a manager. You should listen to the call because i would be embarrassed if i ever had anyone treat my customers in that manner. I am a director for customer care and truly understand the importance of great customer service and ensuring that every customer is satisfied and you failed at that. I will never shop at your store ever again and will ensure that no one i know does either. Order was $158.00 CAD and they charged me an additional $100.96 duty...
