Paycom is requiring a social security number to be entered in order to apply for a job. This by itself is troublesome. But it also requires me to "sign" that I have read its disclosure statement and understand it. However, there is no link on the page that explains their disclosure policy. They provide no information on how long they will save the social security number, with whom they will share it, where it will be store, and under what circumstances it will be stored.
