I KNOW! I WAS WARNED. Ashley is the very worse. I ordered a sectional online and received a delivery date. Confirmed the delivery 4 times before the drivers arrived. When they got there they only had 1/2 of the sectional and the drivers were planning to drop off one piece and pretend to get the other piece from the truck and then drive off. I couldn't believe the unprofessional and deceitful behavior. When we called they said the other half was due to be in stock in FIVE (5) months. THEY WANTED TO DELIVER HALF THE SECTIONAL FOR US TO WAIT 5 MONTHS. We said no, and cancelled the order. It's been 3 weeks since cancelling the order and they have the hold on my credit card. Synchrony was no help. THEY Both ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE.
