Online concerns, terrible service

I have purchased for my son many items from Cabelas as hes an outdoor enthusiast. The room I was needing was not in the store so I purchase it online and under stirred it should be delivered to the store within the five days. I look at the site again and I have different information so I called and was graded by a person who refuse to send me to a supervisor which I request it. She had mansion its the way of the world, bad customer service should not be an excuse with Covid.
