I have had so many problems and they have written by trouble tickets and not one has ever been addressed. Now when I press the Back button on my remote I am taken all the way back to the Roku menu. My DVR is, listed as full, even though I should have more then 100 hours left of storage space. These are going to be problems that are never fixed. Just like every other problem that I have complained about for the last 5 years.
