One time password is not being sent to my international mobile number

It's been a week ADIB can not resolve my issue with getting OTP to my international registered number. I believe the issue is with incompetent customer representatives and mid-level managers. For instance one of them called Abdullah Hashim called and tied to sell me a story That issue is caused by my mobile number and that i have to change my sim card to the new number. I've asked him if he was 100 % sure he couldn't answer and said he was assuming so. Getting salary for a job, duties which intentionally being neglected, is haram money. Don't they undertsand that.
