One dreadful company!

I scored a pair of great seats for Brandi Carlile at Forest Hills Stadium (NYC). Tickets were sent to my phone as promised. So far so good... Then, AXS wouldn't let me sign in until I updated their dreadful app. Doing so made my e-tickets vanish. Note I hate mobile ticketing. Anyway, I spent hours on hold and waiting for a callback. When one came, a painfully uninformed rep told me that tickets were resent. They weren't! I thought the chat line might be a better option. There was a queued wait here of more than an hour. When my turn came up, I couldn't type anything into the window. User's recommendation: DON'T!!!
