On wrongly charged

I purchased one your free trial Sims put it in my phone didn’t get it activated successfully but somehow you charge me $32 on my bank account I wanna refund this is wrong this is BS I am really upset right now why didn’t you say you wouldn’t legit I want my money back or either I’m going to contact the corporate office I want a response soon as possible thanks do you have my email address and my phone number I would appreciate this
