ordered a product on-line back on feb 2, credit card was billed the next day.the order said it was shipped on the 4th, tracking info stopped updating on the 5th, hasn't updated since.e-mailed them, sat for hours waiting for a live person to chat with, can't even get a response from them.i am going to dispute charges on my credit card.worst website i have ever delt with.nearly 4 weeks have gone by and can't even get a live person to talk to
