Bought a mattress from way-fair and they used Ryder deliver service - they could not find my address super rude on the phone. Delivery was so bad just ask them for deliver the mattress in the hallway they dragged my expensive mattress in the snow on the floor and stayed in my hallway and did not leave so I ask them why are you not leaving they said they have to pick up my old mattress I told them there is no old mattress and they still did not leave it was the worst experience i had OMG User's recommendation: horrible service !
