OLX charges money of about Rs. 199/- or 149/- for publishing ad for a minimum duration. However whenever I try to edit my ad and save, it rejects my ad. This has happened several times. Whenever I wrote to customer care they say that the ad was rejected because it was duplicate. They have extremely illogical, silly and absurd AI software which doesn't know anything about similarity and rejects the ad. Now suppose the ad was paid for 30 days and I made 2-3 edits in that period, so my ad remains off the net for a good 5-6 days while OLX is getting money for full 30 days. Secondly inspite of making complaint against this kind of high handedness from OLX, they failed to give any response on the same. Morever, there are customers or buyers for your ads and most of the ads do not get any response at all. Some do get response by spammers who have stolen my mobile number from OLX for sending me spam calls and SMSs. OLX is basically defrauding their customers
