OLD TIME THUGS

I recently enrolled in a Debt Management Program. I gave all my creditors a courtesy call informing them. Household Bank is like the old time Loan Sharks; sending their thugs to collect(via the phone). They have literally called/and continue to call me between 8-9 times a day. I guess they just don't speak/read English, because every time I tell them I am enrolled in the DMP,they say oh ok we see that, so how much can you pay today. I believe they think harrassment by constant calling will get them better results. And if you tells them you can not make a payment until such and such a date. I wonder what makes them think an hour later, you all of sudden can make a payment? HHB is by far the absolute worst at both customer service and it is really all about the money with them, the human aspect means nothing. Their customer service training is by "Peggy".
