OKCupid is the worst dating site that I have used. I tried to upgrade my account from Basic to Premium, but could not accomplish that goal. I complained on the help site so they retaliated and disabled my Basic account. So now I get no female profiles sent to me and when I check the different categories they are all empty. They would previously send me a list of Recommended profiles each day and then I would visit the Passport category and there would be dozens more profiles, but now I get none. If I can't get this fixed I will cancel my Basic account and contact Discover Card to stop payment immediately. User's recommendation: Avoid OKCupid as it is a total rip-off unless they fix my account.
