The service is fine until it stops working, then the reporting and communication is next to nothing. They communicate by email if you are lucky enough to get a reply and no status updates. So reporting your service down is like sending an email into *** Ive been with them about 3 years and looking for new VoIP. User's recommendation: I don’t recommend.
