On sep 2, 2010 I went to this good year location 5949 bethelview rd, cumming, GA 30040 for an oil change for my Suzuki xl7.after i wait more than 10 min. the customer service representative ask me . what he can do for me? i want to mention nobody was in the waiting line at that time.i told him i need a regular oil change. he ask me what car i have and told i have to pay additional $20 for the filter beside of the regular price. i told him i change all the time in other goodyear location but i dont have to pay for the filter. his replay was.:than go there and make the change.i am asking is a difference between location? is this right to pay additional for the filter ? i like the prevision goodyear service but now i will be retained to use their service anymore.
