2 months ago I was supposed to have an appeal hearing. No call no correspondence nothing. I've watched multiple family members around me pass away. I've worked the front lines without any compensation. I was denied my rights to pursue FMLA. Then I'm fired. 6 months later I'm waiting on an appeal hearing. I'm denied all unemployment benefits due to employer accusation of "misconduct" I get it. If you want a full staff and unemployment rates to decrease how about speak up to our employers and stop letting them fire employees during a time like this. Stop letting them cheat us workers. Place restrictions on them like the ones we are all currently facing trying to get unemployment at this time. You can be more favorable toward employers. Be fair and just with us employees give us an appeal hearing at the least. We all have a right to peruse unemployment as we do a fair hearing. Lastly, this is a crucial time for almost everyone. Money is a tool we all need to survive. Don't oppress and withhold things needed for survival just to get people to work at a restaurant for $2 an hour plus tips. It takes more than that to make it in this world, it's a costly world.
