They accepted my payments for ALL of 2018. I have PROOF thru my bank statements that I paid AND THEY ACCEPTED PAYMENT, yet they’ve posted on credit bureaus I did not. I can PROVE fraud! They are frauds, liars and need to be brought up on RICO warrants. The liars foreclosed on my home in 2019 based on their fraudulent LIES!! If Ocwen (PHH) states I didn’t pay them...I want ALL THOSE PAYMENTS BACK WITH PENALTIES AND INTEREST ASAP!! Contact will be considered as acknowledgment of your fraudulent practices OCWEN/PHH AND I WILL EXPECT RESTITUTION IN VALUE OF HOUSE PLUS LOST PAYMENTS AND INTEREST WITHIN 30 DAYS with restitution of credit rating. ($300,000). It is sadly reassuring that I am not the only consumer you have “screwed” over.
