I have been trying and trying and trying unsuccessfully to submit my receipts. By now I would have had at least a dozen 1/2 off diners. I do not own a smart phone so I cannot download an app. I've saved my receipts, but they seem to be meaningless without the ability to download. So, I've been eating at my favorite restaurant A LOT LESS - only because there is no way to submit my receipts. Very disappointed ................
