I purchased a battery and receipt shows my car rego on it, i need a receipt showing the vehicle that it was purchased for so i can make a claim on my expenses. I purchased battery 12/10/19 made an initial call regarding this on 14/10/19 then the following day and was told it would be forwarded on and i was in a Que for this to be happening. Now its the 23/10/19 do i seriously have to wait this long! A rego associated with my membership is zvn622 could someone make this happen please i dont believe this is good enough considering i am a long standing member have several insurance policies on cars and house.
