Have complained several times to the office. At first they said they were willing to talk to them. Later told us there was nothing they could do. It's 5:30 in the morning and I have been up all night because they were having a loud drunken party upstairs. Can't seem to get maintenance unless they deem it an emergency but apparently anyone who doesn't live here can come and spend as much time as they like annoying other tenants with no fear of reprisal. User's recommendation: Do not come here if you want to be able to sleep at night.
