Good evening, Would like to raise some issue that I faced today. Just finished discharge my dad from the hospital. During the process of cleaning up at home. To my horror my dad diaper was full of [censored] and worst things was that his body was also cover with [censored]. How can it be possible that my dad was discharged from the hospital in that situation?
