Numerous attempts to clarify bill

Everyone I speak to claim they know nothing about the situation. Support and billing claim they do not have managers. The support/ billing staff and are uncaring, and sometimes just plain rude. Several emails sent to the provided email address as well as a letter addressed to the provided PO box. No adequate response after months! User's recommendation: Avoid this hopsital whenerver possible. The customer service is the worse I have ever seen in my life.
