I was an early purchaser of this product and had a great experience. I wish I could say the same when I bought a kit for my father. After he sent in his kit, we received only an extremely vague report and a request for further money. The data is not accessible on the website and cannot be shared. The website account says that there was no DNA sample received or registered. After numerous attempts to get the problem fixed, they still have no helpful response. I’m sure if we sent them another $25, the data would suddenly appear, but we aren’t buying into the scam. I recommend staying far away from this company and using a different one.
