Nothing was done they still owe me 400 dollars from a concert that was cancelled

I used a different email to purchase my tickets and they refuse to transfer the refund to my new email I am locked out of my old email I can not access it and they are not willing or just dont know how to transfer my credit from a year ago to my new email. I have proof from my bank statement they withdrew the money so I can prove it that I am the one to get the refund not to mention I have the order number User's recommendation: Just don’t ever use Viagogo.
