I have been with Tricare since 1998. In the last 5-10 years it has been a nightmare to deal with. Constant jumping through hoops and begging for things like MRIs or prescriptions to be approved. Endless phone calls for referrals to go through only for them to send them to wrong providers. Its a joke that this is the insurance we choose to provide our military members, veterans and family members with.
