On July 15 2020, I took my vehicle to have an oil change. My less than 25000 mile dodge journey. I drove around a couple hours and on the way back home all the sensors went off in my suv. I made it back to the store, Havoline, where the problem happened. Corey, didn't do something right and all the oil leaked out of my suv, ALL THE OIL WAS GONE, I HAD 1PSI WHEN I COSTED INTO HAVOLINE! I recorded everything all the way up to the GM thanking me for pulling over bc he,Brad didn't want to have to buy me a new engine. I asked for my money back and all he offered was washing all the leaked out oil off my suv top & bottom & 1 free oil change, as if I was going to go back there!
