I visited this community on 6/12/21 - driving down *** Buchanan St was a MESS. The area is so bad and not well kept I would not live there. However it got worse when I met the agent. She said that I would need $1000 to hold a unit then she asked me a Black Woman if I had $1000 - she asked me twice. I'm sure she wouldn't asked a white woman this question. The streets in the community were really bad I asked her about it but when I told her that the bedroom was too small she kept trying to convince me that it really wasn't. I didn't like the appliances or the cabinet color. No pantry in the kitchen. The water heater is in the front living room instead of a coat closet. User's recommendation: Never.
