on January 18, 2020 at 8:30 am, I had individual lashes placed and was charged $134.20 the next day Sunday morning I woke-up with my bottom and false top lashes stuck together. I was able to separate them and notice severe redness on my eyes, I noticed glue stuck on my contacts so I threw them out and placed glasses on in hopes that the issue would resolve. The redness worsened on Sunday into Monday. Tuesday, 1/21/2020 I called, they ask, I come in at 8:00 pm to *** the lashes and redness. To be sure it was not an allergic reaction. The tech stated and apologized and said I had too much glue and the lashes that were applied incorrectly, they were applied too low and were glued directly onto the skin of my eyelids. They recommended I take them off free of charge (which I did opt for) and I could come back and get them reapplied. They apologized and said Aliegha the tech that applied them, did not do a good job and it wasn't the 1st time it happened to a costomer. I said no thank you, I don't want them reapplied. They said no problem we will cancel everything. I had a charge of $134 plus tip $18 =$152 applied to my credit card. I called Amazing Lash Studio spoke to the Mgr. Gabrielle she spoke to the Franchisee and stated they do not give refunds. After much dispute with the location they did NOT honor me will a full refund. So I am writing to ask for a FULL Refund. For a service that was badly done (they agreed it was) and cause me pain and money on contacts that I had just purchased to be thrown-out. I really want them to honor what they agreed to the day they removed those lashed on January 21,2020 charge of $134.
