Not willing to do the little extras

I would like to say that I'm very disappointed with Brylane Home. I purchased 2 chairs from them back in 2013. The chairs are still good but a wheel broke. The wheels can easily be replaced. I called and spoke to Benjamin (one of the managers) and asked for another wheel, if they had one that fit. He told me he did but he could give it to me because it was well past the warrantee period. I told him I understood but I would be willing to buy the part so as not to throw away a chair over a broken wheel. He said no because it's not in their policy. I asked him if he could make an exception to a customer who spent over $300 on 2 chairs, who didn't want to throw away a chair over a broken wheel and was WILLING TO PAY FOR THE WHEEL!! After all, how much can a wheel cost! He still said no. I understand that it is their right not to sell me a wheel, nonetheless, I find that shameful.
