I used your Arrowhead store in Virginia Beach, Va. and the service that I received was the worst. I took my car in there for and electrical problem. They found out the problem but when I took them the used part they could not put the part on the car to make my car start, and they charged $259.00 dollars for the diagnosis. This is a lot of money to pay for a diagnosis and the manager said this was for his research time. too took the car and the us User's recommendation: Please do not go to this shop they will not charge you a fair price and they don't know what they are doing.
