Not upfront with pricing and dirty container was delivered.

They are not upfront with prices. It cost me more to have container to be pick up after I had moved then it did when I started the contract. In St. Louis I feel that they pricing is extremely high and the customer service is horrible. I couldn't get 1/2 month payment refunded and was told they don't refund anyone. I sent a letter to the home office and got no response. These people would not answer the complaint I placed with the Atty. General office in Jefferson City, MO. Yes never used these people.!!! Oh when I got the container I had to sweep it out due to trash and debris in the container. Oh yes these people are a nightmare.
