I came in for my appointment on time for the scheduled day. Was told that the day I had verified to be correct days previous was not accurate. In fact a day late, next I was told it would take 2 hours to swap 4 tires. I get a call 10 minutes after leaving flying get some lunch while my car is being worked from Tires Plus. TP asked if I wanted an alignment done, to which I declined. My car was left on the alignment rack for nearly 2 hours. I left my car with these people at 10 am returned at 12 pm to watch them pull my car off the rack. I thought my car was done went to the counter to pay. I got told they had not even started to swap my tires yet. When I inquired to why it is taking so long, I was told that if I wanted it to be done on time that I should not have requested an alignment check. I am not satisfied with my service nor will I be returning. I would like to be compensated for this wasted time. Not on the customer if you hire slow people that cannot meet quotas much less make excuses laying blame at a paying customers feet for your lack of dedication.
