Not to believe on online shopping

I ordered a multimedia online from Pakistan while surfing on social media. The nest day I received a call from 923330****65 when a female confirmed my address. The next day, one of my friend received the parcel no. 772******** and did the cash payment. But on the same day as I opened the parcel it not a multimedia rather I received a third class and the lowest quality perfume.
