Stitching on italian leather couches are coming apart ! Not even had the couches a year ...... IlThey aren’t paid for as of this day ..... cushion stitching in the seams ...... are completely coming apart ....... makes me terribly paranoid to the fact these couches will most likely not last due to poor workmanship ! I feel they should replace the couches ...... they want to replace the cushions only , when most likely the colors will not match !!! I’m a very detailed person ..... An I’m having to cover up the couches now , to hide the poor workmanship flaws . I shouldn’t be having to do this when you spend 4,000.00 $. On couches !!!!! The customer , myself is right in this regard .... .. I can promise Knox wholesale furniture this ....... I work with the public daily and never would I neglect a customer and pass along poor workmanship . I will pass along to everyone as I am doin here......... I question , now any future furniture purchases at this business . I’m truly hoping they do the appropriate thing an replace these couches . Instead of trying to just hand me cushions that are not gonna match . Most likely ....... BUYERS ....... pay attention, An question the workmanship , An the origin of the furniture you purchase here. If you’re brave enough to do so . It’s not fun watching your 4,000$ couch fall apart at the seams An it not even half way paid for !!!! Let’s hope they have a task team that cares enough about the businesses reputation . And take care of the repeat customers instead of trying to passifiy with cushions !!! I ask, What’s gonna happen to the rest of the seams that are not ON the cushions ?????
