Update by user May 18, 2021 I have spoken to JC PENNY corporate customer service twice now and not once has a supervisor emailed me or contacted me. This is complete unprofessionalism and completely disrespectful. Original review posted by user May 18, 2021 I have called JC PENNY CUSTOMER CARE twice now and have gotten no response!! I had a terrible experience and have had no contact from a manager or supervisor or anyone regarding this matter. I will take this higher but I should not have to. Please email me or call me User's recommendation: Stay away.
