In one week I advised the facility it was left open and no one was there the one day. Gates up, and the door opens to building automatically when approaching and the they claimed it would happen again, and in a week the same thing happened. I do not feel secure entering and was never given accommodation to help render the situation. The manager claims they let gates up a d open door access to accommodate customers. That's not what I was told, when I started renting space. It should be unit owners responsibility to open and provide access. This is just an excuse for the employees to not monitor or help out.
